This complaint is word for word:
“I would not trust this guy. Although he makes a nice first impressions and promises you God and the world, he cannot walk the talk. When I tried to contact him a few days later, he was not in his office, due to the fact that he does his "work" in two places at the same time. The rude assistant on the phone told me that I would get called back by Brian Lerner as soon as possible, as he understood the urgency I was in. I NEVER got the call. Thanks God I chose a different lawyer for my case. I do not recommend him for anyone, unless you have the simplest case in the world, but even then; there is more professional and reasonable priced legal services out there.”
First of all, this person does not even list what case he or she had as their immigration problem.. He makes statements stating that Brian D. Lerner promises “God and the world”. However, there are no specifics. There are no indications what Brian D. Lerner said or what he ‘promised’. This is simply a disgruntled person who did not get the answers that he wanted.
You have to take these negative reviews with a grain of salt when they do not give any contact information and they give no specifics whatsoever. They are spiteful and do not reflect the qualify, knowledge or attitude of the attorney.
